ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Greg Poss announced Wednesday that the team has traded the rights to goaltender Cody Reichard to the Fort Wayne Komets in exchange for future considerations.
Reichard, 26, was originally acquired by the Everblades from the Stockton Thunder on March 8 of this year. Reichard did not make an appearance for the Everblades because he was recalled to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League at the time of his acquisition.
