BLADES 365 MEMBERSHIP AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

The Blades 365 Auto Renewal program is a quick and easy way for you to renew your season seats. The Blades 365 Auto Renewal program allows you to simply ensure that your seats are reserved for you from season to season, so you do not have to worry about losing your seats/missing a deadline. You will be provided a minimum of 30 days’ notice each renewal season to make any changes to your account for the upcoming season (including opting out of the program).

You have three (3) options to select from during the designated Auto Renewal timeframe:

Option 1) The “Early Bird (5% Discount) – 2 Month Payment Plan” Renewal

Option 2) The “Standard – 6 Month Payment Plan” Renewal

Option 3) The Opt-Out/Cancel Season Tickets Option

One (1) initial deposit per Everblades account is processed after the renewal timeframe deadline has passed to setup your payment plan within your Everblades Account Manager. The deposit amount is based upon which Everblades package you have. Please see the “Here’s How it Works” tab below (scroll down) for more specific details on the initial deposit and each renewal option.

All Blades 365 Members with a 2025-2026 Blades 365 Membership are enrolled and automatically signed up for the “Standard – 6 Month Payment Plan for the 2026-2027 Everblades season. You will only need to act if you would either like to take advantage of the “Early Bird” 2-Month Payment Plan or if you would like to Opt-Out/Not Renew your Everblades tickets for the 2026-2027 season. Again, submitting no selection to the Florida Everblades, automatically signs your account up for the “Standard – 6 Month Payment Plan Renewal.”

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

With any purchase of these memberships, you agree to all terms and conditions associated with the Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program which include but are not limited to:

- Automatic renewal signup if you do not provide a submission selection via the selection form provided during allotted renewal timeframe.

- Automatic payment processing with designated card on file for Everblades Ticket Package.

- Processed payments are non-refundable and can only be applied as an “Account Credit” to your Everblades Ticketing Account.

It is each Account Holder’s responsibility to submit their selection during the allotted renewal timeframe. If no selection is submitted by the Account Holder via the form sent directly to your email associated with your Everblades account - your membership will be automatically renewed with the “Standard – 6 Month Payment Plan Renewal. You may cancel your Blades 365 Membership at any time, although – whatever has been paid/charged to your Everblades Account up to the point in time of the cancellation request, is non-refundable.

AM I OPTED-IN FOR THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

Yes. To save time and effort for our valued Blades 365 Members, if you currently have a Blades 365 Membership for the 2025-2026 Season – you’re automatically opted-in to the Blades 365 Membership “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” that runs from (May 1st, 2026 – October 1st, 2026). You have the option to select the “Early Bird” 2-Month Payment Plan to receive a 5% discount on your Everblades Tickets or Opt-Out for the 2026-2027 season within the designated time frame (Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 – Saturday, March 7th, 2026.

Here are the Packages that qualify as a Blades 365 Membership:

- Full Season

- Select 12 and Select 24

- Voucher 12 and Voucher 24

YOU HAVE THREE (3) OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:

Option 1) Select the “Early Bird 2-Month Payment Plan” (5% Discount on Tickets) Renewal

If you select the Blades “Early Bird” Payment Plan by Saturday, March 7^th, 2026 - your Blades 365 Membership will be divided into two (2) equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file on May 1^st, 2026, and June 1^st, 2026. With this option, you will receive a 5% discount on your Everblades Tickets.

Option 2) Select The “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” Renewal

If you select the Blades “Standard” Payment Plan by Saturday, March 7^th, 2026 – your Blades 365 Membership will be divided into six (6) equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file on May 1^st, 2026, June 1^st, 2026, July 1^st, 2026, August 3^rd, 2026, September 2^nd, 2026, and October 1^st, 2026. With this option, you will not receive a 5% discount on your Everblades Tickets. To receive the 5% discount, you will need to select the “Early Bird” Payment Plan option.

Option 3) Opt-Out/Cancel your 2026-2027 Blades 365 Membership

If you select to Opt-Out of your Blades 365 Membership by Saturday, March 7^th, 2026 – your Blades 365 Membership will be cancelled, your seats will be released to the public, and your card on file will not be charged.

INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR YOUR 2026-2027 BLADES 365 MEMBERSHIP

Once the allotted renewal timeframe has passed, your designated credit card on file will be automatically processed for a small non-refundable deposit based on your membership package to lock in your seats and setup your renewal plan:

- One (1) $50.00 non-refundable deposit for ALL Voucher Plan Holders

- One (1) $100.00 non-refundable deposit for ALL Full Season/Select Plan Holders

Blades 365 Automatic Renewal Program FAQ's

Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. All Blades 365 Members that purchased a new package or renewed their 2025-2026 Blades 365 Membership have been automatically enrolled in the 2026-2027 Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program.

The Blades 365 Membership Auto-Renewal is designed to simplify the yearly renewal process to make having a Blades 365 Membership as simple as possible for you. This program will also allow us to better manage our season seat inventory by determining what seats we have to offer to our renewed members allowing for more options for seat relocation as soon as possible.

You qualify as a Blades 365 Member if you have any of the following Season Ticket Plans: Full Season Plan, Select 12 Plan, Select 24 Plan, Voucher 12 Plan, or a Voucher 24 Plan. With any purchase of these memberships, you agree to all terms and conditions associated with the Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program.

You will receive email notifications to the primary email address on your Everblades account at least 30 days prior to the deadline for opting out or making changes to your account (the deadline date will be included in the email notification). You can also call/email your Blades Rep anytime and/or chat with us at the Everblades home games!

No, we will continue to offer our Early Bird Option to Blades 365 Members (5% discount on your Blades 365 Membership) to Blades 365 Members who select the “Early Bird 2-Month Payment Plan” renewal option. We will also continue to offer our “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” renewal option. All Blades 365 Membership tickets need to be paid off by October 1st of each season. No exceptions.

Once the opt-out deadline date has passed (Saturday, March 7th, 2026) and you have not submitted an official “opt-out” selection form online, you will automatically be placed on the “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” renewal.

To make sure you do not miss critical notifications about your Blades 365 Membership, keep a close eye on email communications from the Florida Everblades (we will send several notifications prior to the deadline date).

Your Blades 365 Membership can be cancelled at any time. Although, the amount paid up to that point for your Blades 365 Membership is non-refundable. The amount paid can be put back onto your Everblades Account only as an account credit to use for future Everblades home games (individual tickets/group tickets/season tickets). No refunds will be given after credit/debit cards are processed – no exceptions. It is your responsibility to make sure you’re receiving all of our outreach notifications via email and in game announcements in regards to the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Program and are familiar with all deadline dates.

You can update your credit card online through your Florida Everblades Account Manager or by calling your Everblades Representative at (239) 948-7825. It is your responsibility to ensure that your preferred credit card is up to date, and available to be charged during the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Payment Period(s).

The ideal time to make any changes to your Blades 365 Membership would be during the Auto-Renewal timeframe. Please make your Everblades account representative aware of your request(s). We will do the best we can to ensure that you get the best seats/package available.
