BLADES 365 AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM 

 

WHAT IS THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

The auto-renewal program is a quick and easy way for you to renew your season seats. Instead of having to confirm your renewal each season, the auto-renewal program allows you to simply continue your payment plan each year without having to go through the sign-up process every season. You will only need to act if you would like to opt out of the Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program or make changes/upgrades to your account during the allotted time period. During future renewal campaigns, which traditionally run between February and April each year, we will provide you with a minimum of 30 days’ notice of the deadline to make changes to your account for the upcoming season (including opting out of the program).

 

 AM I OPTED-IN FOR THE AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM?

To save time and effort for our valued Blades 365 Members, with a NEW Blades 365 Membership Purchase or RENEWAL Blades 365 Membership Purchase for the upcoming 2024-2025 Season – you’re opted-in to the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Program on the extended Six-Month Payment Plan that begins on (May 1st, 2025 – October 1st, 2025). This program will begin for the Auto Renewal of your 2025-2026 Blades 365 Membership.

Here are the Packages that qualify as a Blades 365 Membership:

- Full Season

- Select 12 and Select 24

- Voucher 12 and Voucher 24

· Your designated credit card on file will be automatically processed once the 2025-2026 Season Ticket Renewal period begins (May 1st, 2025).

· Your Blades 365 Membership will be divided into six equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file on May 1st 2025, June 1st 2025, July 1st 2025, August 1st 2025, September 1st 2025, and October 1st 2025.

· You will have the option to opt-out of Auto-Renewal by filling out a form and submitting via email or in person to your Everblades Account Representative during the allotted opt-out period. This will begin in February 2025.

· If no action is taken within the opt-out period, your Everblades Account will be setup for automatic billing. You will be made aware of the opt-out period window date as we get closer to February 2025.

Blades 365 Automatic Renewal Program FAQ's

  • - No. The auto-renewal program will be initiated for the 2025-2026 season. By renewing your Blades 365 Membership or buying a new Blades 365 Membership package for the 2024-2025 season, you are opting into the auto-renewal program starting in the 2025-2026 season. You will have the option to opt out of the 2025-2026 season when renewal information is released in February 2025 for the upcoming 2025-206 season.
  • Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. All Florida Everblades 365 Members that purchase or renew their 2024-2025 Blades 365 Membership have been automatically enrolled in the 2025-2026 Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program.
  • The Blades 365 Membership Auto-Renewal is designed to simplify the yearly renewal process to make having a Blades 365 Membership as simple as possible for you. This program will also allow us to better manage our season seat inventory by determining what seats we have to offer to our renewed members allowing for more options for seat relocation

- You will receive multiple email notifications to the primary email address on your Everblades account at least 30 days prior to the deadline for opting out or making changes (the deadline date will be included in the email notification). If you are signed up for SMS notifications, you will be notified by text as well. You can also call/email your Blades Rep and/or chat with us at the Everblades home games anytime!

- Once the deadline date has passed, your Blades 365 Membership can still be cancelled, but the amount paid up to that point will be put back onto your Everblades Account as a credit to use for future Everblades home games (individual tickets/group tickets/season tickets). No refunds will be given when credit/debit cards are processed. It is your responsibility to make sure you’re receiving all of our outreach notifications via email, in game announcements, and text message in regard to the Auto Renewal Program information. To make sure you do not miss critical notifications about your season seat package keep a close eye on email communications from the Florida Everblades (we will send several notifications prior to the deadline date).   • - You can update your credit card online through your Florida Everblades Account Manager or by calling your Everblades Representative at (239) 948-7825. It is your responsibility to ensure that your preferred credit card is up to date, and available to be charged during the Automatic Renewal Payment Period.

- No. There is no additional cost for the Auto-Renewal Payment Program.
