BLADES 365 MEMBERSHIP AUTO RENEWAL PROGRAM 

 

What is the Blades 365 Member Auto Renewal Program?

The Blades 365 Auto Renewal program is a quick and easy way for you to renew your season membership. The Blades 365 Auto Renewal program allows you to simply ensure that your seats are reserved for you from season to season, so you do not have to worry about losing your seats/missing a deadline. You will be provided a minimum of 30 days’ notice each renewal season to make any changes to your account for the upcoming season (including cancelling your Blades 365 Membership).

 

You have four (4) options to select from during the designated Auto Renewal timeframe:

  •  Pay in Full w/ Early Bird (5% Discount) – Charge my card on file upon submission of this form.
  • 2 - Month Payment Plan w/ Early Bird (5% Discount) – Charge my card on file May 1st, 2026, and June 1st, 2026 (equal payments).
  •  6 - Month Payment Plan (No Discount) – Charge my card on file May 1st – October 1st, 2026 (equal payments). 
  • Cancel my Blades 365 Membership for the 2026 – 2027 season.

If you do not submit any selection to the Florida Everblades via this form, you will be automatically signed up for the 6 - Month Payment Plan Renewal.

Initial Deposit for your 2026- 2027 Blades 365 Membership:

One (1) initial deposit per Everblades account will be processed with your credit card on file after the renewal timeframe deadline has passed (March 7th, 2026). This deposit will setup your payment plan within your Everblades Account Manager. The non-refundable deposit amount is based upon which Everblades package you have.

- One (1) $50.00 non-refundable deposit for ALL Flex Voucher Plan Holders

- One (1) $100.00 non-refundable deposit for ALL Full Season/Select Plan Holders

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

With any purchase of these memberships, you agree to all terms and conditions associated with the Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program which include but are not limited to:

- Automatic renewal signup if you do not provide a submission selection via the selection form provided during allotted renewal timeframe.

- Automatic payment processing with designated card on file for Everblades Ticket Package.

- Processed payments are non-refundable and can only be applied as an “Account Credit” to your Everblades Ticketing Account.

It is each Account Holder’s responsibility to submit their selection during the allotted renewal timeframe. If no selection is submitted by the Account Holder via the form sent directly to your email associated with your Everblades account - your membership will be automatically renewed with the 6 - Month Payment Plan Renewal. 

You may cancel your Blades 365 Membership at any time. Although – whatever has been paid/charged to your Everblades Account up to the point in time of the cancellation request, is non-refundable.

Blades 365 Automatic Renewal Program FAQ's

  • Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. All Blades 365 Members that purchased a new package or renewed their 2025-2026 Blades 365 Membership have been automatically enrolled in the 2026-2027 Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program.
  • The Blades 365 Membership Auto-Renewal is designed to simplify the yearly renewal process to make having a Blades 365 Membership as simple as possible for you. This program will also allow us to better manage our season seat inventory by determining what seats we have to offer to our renewed members allowing for more options for seat relocation as soon as possible.
  • You qualify as a Blades 365 Member if you have any of the following Membership Plans:
  • Full Season 
  • Select 24 / 12
  • Flex Voucher 24 / 12
  • You will begin receiving email notifications to the primary email address on your Everblades account on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026. You can also call/email your Blades Rep anytime and/or chat with us at the Everblades home games!
  • No. Kelly Cup Playoff Packages are separate from the Blades 365 Member Auto Renewal Program. If you a Full Season or Select 12/24 Plan - you have first priority to purchase your seat location when Kelly Cup Playoff Packages are offered for sale. It is your responsibility to contact your Everblades representative to purchase your Kelly Cup Playoff Package. 
  • If you plan on purchasing a Kelly Cup Playoff Package, we recommend selecting the 2-Month Early Bird Payment Plan option or 6-Month Payment Plan option so your playoff credit can be applied to your future payments. 
  • Once the opt-out deadline date has passed (Saturday, March 7th, 2026) and you have not submitted an official "Cancel" selection form online, you will automatically be placed on the 6-Month Payment Plan renewal.
  • You can still cancel your Blades 365 Membership plan - but whatever has been paid up to that point in time of cancellation is non-refundable. 
  • To make sure you do not miss critical notifications about your Blades 365 Membership, keep a close eye on email communications from the Florida Everblades. 
     
  • Your Blades 365 Membership can be cancelled at any time. Although, the amount paid up to that point for your Blades 365 Membership is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after credit/debit cards are processed – no exceptions. It is your responsibility to make sure you’re receiving all of our outreach notifications via email and in game announcements in regards to the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Program and are familiar with all deadline dates. 
  • You can update your credit card online through your Florida Everblades Account Manager or by calling your Everblades Representative at (239) 948-7825. It is your responsibility to ensure that your preferred credit card is up to date, and available to be charged during the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Payment Period(s). 
  • The ideal time to make any changes to your Blades 365 Membership would be during the Auto-Renewal timeframe. Please make your Everblades account representative aware of your request(s). We will do the best we can to ensure that you get the best seats/package available.

  • No. There is no additional cost for the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Payment Program. All payment plans are interest - free.
