ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Greg Poss announced Friday that the team has agreed to terms with forward Ralph Cuddemi to an amateur tryout agreement (ATO).
Cuddemi, 23, joins the Everblades after posting 42 points (20g, 22a) in 39 games during his senior campaign at Canisius College this season. The 6-1,182-pound forward totaled 123 points during his four-year collegiate career with the Golden Griffins. The Concord, Ontario native captained Canisius College this season, and was a college teammate of current Everblades defenseman Logan Roe for three seasons.
The Florida Everblades return to the ice tonight when they take on the South Carolina Stingrays at the North Charleston, Coliseum in a matchup of the top two teams in the South Division. It's a hockey double-header as local police and fire fighters battle it out on the ice at 5:15 p.m. Then at 7:00 p.m. the Everblades will wear special Guns N' Hoses themed jerseys which will be auctioned off following the game. A ticket to the Everblades game gets you into the Guns N' Hoses game for free. Pregame tailgate party featuring live music, bounce houses and face painting begins at 5:00 p.m.
