Florida Everblades Free Agent CampAugust 21-23, 2015

The Florida Everblades are holding a Free Agent Camp from August 21-23 for players that are looking to take their game to the professional level.

The Florida Everblades have a long history of winning and player advancement. Many alumni have gone onto careers in the NHL, AHL and top leagues throughout Europe. The Florida Everblades coaching staff will be overseeing the camp and selecting players that they will look to sign as free agents. Last years camp resulted in 8 players continuing on to play professional hockey.

A minimum of two players will be invited to attend the Florida Everblades training camp. Players will participate in (2) 60-minute high tempo practices and (3) live scrimmage games. All players are expected to come into camp in top physical shape and be prepared to compete for a position. Be part of a tradition that is Florida Everblades Hockey. Spots are limited so register soon.

Note: Only 12 goaltender spots will be available. Goaltenders will also undergo a goaltender skills session. Camp Format

The Macon Mayhem and the Pensacola Ice Flyers of the SPHL will also be evaluating players along with the Everblades coaches and staff to mentor and evaluate players.

Cost: $300/player*Includes: camp fee, free agent camp jersey & workout shirt (hotel, transportation and meals not included.

**Players will be notified within 48 hours if a contract will be offered.

Camp notes

-       The Florida Everblades have the right to make the final decision on the free agent camp roster based on the number of players signed up at each position.

-       The final camp information with hotel options will be sent after the registration period is complete

-       Each player MUST have a full set of equipment including a mouth guard and helmet with a visor. You will not be permitted on the ice if you do not have these.

-       All players must have proof of their own health insurance before signing up.

Attention: Spots are very limited. Additionally there are only 12 spots for goaltenders.
