'Blades & Outback to Host"Dinner with the 'Blades"

ESTERO, FL --- The Florida Everblades and Outback Steakhouse®  will host “Dinner with the ‘Blades” which will benefit the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida on Tuesday, October 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  The event will take place at Outback Steakhouse® locations in Bonita Springs and South Naples.

This is a great opportunity for fans to meet the Florida Everblades players while enjoying the fresh flavors of Outback Steakhouse®! Everblades players will wait on tables and sign autographs.

“We are thrilled to once again work with Outback Steakhouse® for the upcoming season,” said Everblades VP of Sales & Marketing Chris Palin. “Both Outback Steakhouse® and the Everblades are committed to giving back to our local community.  We are looking forward to a fun and successful event in raising money for the Golisano Children’s Hospital.”

Fans who present the invitation flyer  will have 10% of their total check donated to the Golisano’s Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida.

“We are excited to partner with the Germain Arena and Florida Everblades,” said Tracy Davis, Joint Venture Partner with Outback Steakhouse®.  “Through this partnership we are able to extend beyond our doors and support our community in a positive and impactful way.”

The Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida provides the highest level of family-centered life saving treatment and care 365 days a year to more than 5,000 children annually.

----Opening Weekend! The Everblades open the 2014-15 season on Friday, October 17 against the South Carolina Stingrays. The first 5,000 fans will receive a magnet Schedule courtesy of Jack's Cleaning!  The two teams will meet again on Saturday, October 18.  Opening Weekend is presented by the Passion Foundation and Riverchase Dermatology.
