JACKSONVILLE, FL. - The next and final stop on this season-long roadtrip for the Florida Everblades is Jacksonville for a three game set against the Icemen. The first of these matchups is a 7 p.m. puck drop on Friday, November 6 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.

These two teams went head-to-head 12 times last year. In those games the Everblades had a record of 8-2-2-0, following the storyline of their South Division dominance on the way to the Kelly Cup last season. In the 2025-26 season, the Jacksonville Icemen ended the year with a record of 29-32-8-3, which had them fifth in the South Division. Jacksonville was just five points behind the Savannah Ghost Pirates for the final playoff spot in the division.

Jacksonville has started this year on the right foot as they sit with a 3-2-1-1 record through seven games. Five of the seven games the Icemen have played this year have needed more than 60 minutes to decide a winner. In fact, Jacksonville has not won a game in regulation so far this year.

For the Everblades, they’re seeking more of the same. Coming off of a bounce back win in the second game against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits, Florida is looking to end this road trip on a high note.

The Everblades still lead the ECHL in goals against giving up just nine goals through their first six games. That’s three less than any other team in the league. The Icemen are second to last in goals for in the South Division with 16 goals through seven games, better than just Orlando.

A triple header in Jacksonville will send the Everblades back to Hertz Arena for the next two weeks with matchups against the South Carolina Stingrays, Orlando Solar Bears and Savannah Ghost Pirates.
