ESTERO, Fla. - The Everblades hit the ice once again at Hertz Arena for the back end of a double header with the Atlanta Gladiators for a 7 p.m. puck on October 24. Tonight is Sweets in the Suites Nights presented by Waste Pro, with the first 1,500 fans receiving a Kellp Cup championship banner.
Florida is coming off of an extremely strong effort on Friday night where they dominated in all facets of the game, knocking off Atlanta 5-0. The Blades got plenty of contributions from new faces including a goal, two assists and a fight from forward Maleek McGowan.
Through three games, the offense has looked to be in mid-season form. With 13 goals for in this early part of the season, the forward group has meshed wonderfully despite so many lineup changes.
Atlanta, however, has struggled in the goal scoring department with just five goals for in their first four games.
Florida will look to build on the success their penalty kill found last night going a perfect three for three. The Blades are seeking four straight wins to kick off their 2026-27 campaign and it’s all going down at Hertz Arena. The fun starts before the game with the Saturday Night Tailgate, presented by Publix, running from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
