About the Gladiators: Dan Vladar put forth a stellar outing in Game One on Monday. Vladar stopped 45 of 48 shorts faced in the contest and turned away three breakaway chances in key moments of the game…Atlanta’s penalty kill was a perfect six-for-six last night and is currently tied for the league lead in the early playoff season….Although he was held off the scoresheet in Game One, All-Star forward Phil Lane remains a threat to score at any moment, having recorded 32 goals during the regular season….Forward Lindsay Sparks returned to the lineup last night for the first time since March 22 after recovering from an injury. Sparks finished tied with Lane for the team lead in scoring with 57 points.
