About Tonight’s Game: The two teams will close out their six-game regular season series this evening.  Florida continues to maintain a five-point lead over South Carolina (91 pts) for first place in the South Division. The ‘Blades trail the Toledo Walleye (97 pts) by one point for the top stop overall in the league. About the Everblades:  Well several of the Everblades players are going streaking –- on the scoresheet that is.  Mitchell Heard extended his point streak to a team high 11 games with a two-assist performance on Friday. It marked the third consecutive multi-point game for the ‘Blades leading scorer who now has accrued 22 points in the last 11 games.  Stephen MacAulay enters tonight on an eight-game point streak and has registered a goal in each of the last three contests. Additional players riding significant points streaks include rookie Spencer Smallman (5 games), Matt Berry (4 games) and John McCarron (4 games).

However, the high-scoring forward has yet to record a point this week against the Everblades…Domenic Alberga’s point streak ended at five games last night….It is expected that Norfolk will go with Ty Reichenbach in goal tonight.  Reichenbach leads the entire ECHL with 1,353 saves…The Admirals are 13-3-3 when leading after the first period of games this season.
