ESTERO, FL – The Annual IBERIABANK Teddy Bear Toss game is set for this Saturday (December 9) at 7:00 p.m. at Germain Arena when the Everblades play host to the Jacksonville Icemen.
Don’t miss out on one of the biggest games of the year! Fans are asked to bring a new teddy bear or stuffed animal to Saturday’s game. When the Everblades score their first goal, fans may toss the teddy bears out onto the ice to celebrate. The teddy bears and stuffed animals will be collected and distributed to local children’s charities across Southwest Florida for the holiday season.
Last year, the team collected and distributed nearly 7,500 teddy bears to local charities, including the Golisano Children’s Hospital.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid missing the potential first goal that will spark this great annual event. The Everblades tailgate party is presented by the Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Naples. The tailgate will take place outside of the arena from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The tailgate will feature live music and bounce houses for the kids!
The Everblades and Icemen will also do battle on Friday (Dec. 8) beginning at 7:30 p.m.Kids eat free in the Breakaway Sports Pub with the purchase of an adult entree for every Friday game this season!
