Matt Finn scored twice on the power play for the Everblades, while goaltender Martin Ouellette was sharp, turning aside 23 of 24 shots faced.

Rookie netminder Callum Booth is expected to start in goal for the Everblades this evening. Booth is a 2015 fourth-round draft selection of the Carolina Hurricanes. Returning players Logan Roe and Zack Kamrass who sat out last night's game, are expected to play tonight.

Tonight's game will conclude the preseason slate, and the Everblades will open up their 20th Anniversary season at home next weekend on October 13 & 14 against the Atlanta Gladiators.
