Tuesday, Nov 8: Florida – 2 at Atlanta – 1Daniel Altshuller stopped 24 of 25 shots to help the ‘Blades close out a tight 2-1 win over the Gladiators. Levko Koper’s second period tally proved to be the difference maker.
Friday, Nov 11: Florida – 6 at Atlanta – 5Florida used six different goal scorers to slip past the Gladiators in a wild 6-5 victory on Friday. In addition, the game featured 11 different goal scorers combined. Six Everblades players finished with two-points. Florida posted a season-high 21 shots in the second period.
Saturday, Nov.12: Florida - 2 at Greenville - 1 (OT)Michael Ferrantino’s goal at 1:31 into overtime sealed a close one-goal victory for Florida. Both Daniel Altshuller (26 saves) and Jeff Malcolm (33 saves) were stellar in the contest for their respective clubs.
Sunday, Nov,13: Florida – 6 at Greenville – 2Mike Aviani finished with a goal and three assists to help pace the Everblades to a 6-2 victory to close out the road trip. The Everblades and Mavericks will meet in their first ever match-up on Saturday. The Mavericks ride into town as the reigning Brabham Cup winner from last season by posting a league-best 109 regular season points. However, collecting points has been a tough feat for the Mavs in the early season. The team enters the week having dropped its last two contests. However, Missouri does bring a talented forward in Dane Fox who leads the team in points and goals. Former Everblade Jesse Graham leads the Mavericks with eight assists. Graham appeared in 23 regular season games, and 12 postseason contests for the Everblades during the 2014-15 season.
