In the final 2:07 of regulation, Florida received goals from Zack Kamrass, Mike Aviani and Matt Mackenzie to slip past the Swamp Rabbits 3-2 in the season opener.  Everblades coach Brad Ralph earned the win in his Everblades debut.Shots:  FLA – 34  GRV – 24

About the Everblades:   Daniel Altshuller is expected to start in goal for the Everblades this evening. The third-year pro made big strides in his second season in 2015-16, posting a 10-4-0 mark with three shutouts for the Everblades last season, while also going 10-10-5 with the AHL’s Charlotte Checkers.

About the Swamp Rabbits:  Rookie netnminder Brandon Halverson made a good first impression in his professional debut on Friday keeping the Everblades in-check for nearly 58 minutes…. Bretton Cameron continued to display his leadership for the Swamp Rabbits last night scoring a goal in the second period.
