ESTERO, FL – The Florida Everblades announced Thursday the team’s game schedule for the 2016-17 regular season.
The Everblades will play a 72-game regular season schedule (36 home / 36 away). Florida’s home schedule is comprised of ten Wednesday games, 12 Friday night games, and 14 Saturday games.
The ‘Blades will open up the 2016-17 season at home on Friday, October 14 against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits at 7:30 p.m. The two teams will meet again on Saturday, October 15, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The Everblades will entertain several teams for the first time in team history in 2016-17. Florida will play host to the Missouri Mavericks (November 19), Manchester Monarchs (Jan 4, 6, 7), Allen Americans (January 25) and Utah Grizzlies (March 9) at Germain Arena next season.
The ‘Blades will also face the Adirondack Thunder for the first time in team history up in Glens Falls, New York on November 22 & 26, while also making their first ever trips to Manchester (November 23 & 25) and Brampton (February 26).
