Last Time OutNathan Perkovich tabbed his second multi-goal game of the season and the Everblades capitalized three times on special teams to finish a three-game stretch against the Orlando Solar Bears with a 4-2 win on Saturday night. After Orlando took a 2-1 lead less than five minutes into the second, Florida scored the final three goals of the game to overcome the brief deficit. Derek Sheppard registered a goal and an assist in his first game back for Florida after being recalled to Charlotte on Thursday and sent back down early Saturday. Jeremy Helvig earned his 19th win with a 20-save effort. BOX SCORE | RECAP

Players to WatchSteven Lorentz (FLA) – Although the second-year pro has played in just two games for Florida since Dec. 5, he has three points (1g-2a) in those three games. Lorentz has the highest points-per-game average of any 'Blades player and has averaged 1.20 points per game this season. He has scored nine goals and added 15 assists for 24 points in 20 games.

Wacey Rabbit (JAX) - In addition to leading Jacksonville in scoring with 54 points (24g-30a), Rabbit also leads all Icemen players in scoring in games against the Everblades with eight points (4g-4a). A veteran of more than 300 games at the American Hockey League level, Rabbit has posted multiple points in 14 games this season, including a season-high five-point game on Feb. 2 against Norfolk.

Series historySunday is the 12th of 13 meetings between Florida and Jacksonville this year and the final matchup in Jacksonville of the regular season. Through 11 meetings, the 'Blades have compiled a 7-3-1 mark against the Icemen but have gone just 2-3-1 in Jacksonville. Florida still has a commanding lead in the all-time series with a 20-3-2 record against the Icemen over the last two seasons.

Power Play Picks UpAfter going five games without a power-play goal, which was tied for the longest stretch of the season without one, the 'Blades have scored two power-play goals in each of their last two games. Florida has registered multiple power-play scores in nine games this season, with three of those performances coming on the road and two coming against Jacksonville.

Road WarriorsWith its victory on Saturday, Florida still leads the league with its 19 road wins. Florida has averaged about half a goal less in road games (3.55) than in home tilts (4.11), but its defense has held serve in road contests, limiting opponents to fewer goals per game in road games (2.52) than in home games (2.59). When the 'Blades have held a lead through two periods on the road, they are 16-0-0-0.

Needing ThreeThree has been the magic number for Florida this season. The 'Blades have lost just one game in regulation when they have found the back of the net three times, sporting a record of 38-1-4-0 in that scenario. However, Florida has not won a game in which it has scored less than three goals and has compiled a 0-14-1-0 mark when being held under three goals.

The change in the station is just for Sunday's game, and WJBX will continue to be the home of 'Blades hockey in the 2018-19 season.
