ESTERO, Fla. – After taking two out of three games against the Savannah Ghost Pirates this past weekend, the Florida Everblades are back on the road to take on the Orlando Solar Bears. Puck drop from the Kia Center on Mar. 25 is set for 7:00 p.m.
This will be Florida’s third trip in three weeks to Central Florida, with the Blades splitting the previous two games 1-1. The most recent loss to the Solar Bears was the Everblades’ first loss in Orlando all year.
The Solar Bears have entered a hot streak of play lately, having won their last four games. The second of those games was the 3-1 win over the Everblades last week. Despite stringing together a couple of wins, Orlando remains outside the playoff picture in fifth place of the South Division. Florida remains tied for third place with 77 points.
The Everblades return to Hertz Arena later this week to host two games against the Jacksonville Icemen on Mar. 29 and Mar. 30.
