ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades return to Hertz Arena for Game Three of the South Division Semifinals. The Everblades and the South Carolina Stingrays face off on Wednesday, April 26 with the series tied 1-1 after two games.
Florida took Game One 5-0 while South Carolina responded with a shutout victory of their own in Game Two, winning 4-0 over the Everblades.
Sean Josling and Tyler Irvine each have two goals for the Everblades, and Joe Pendenza grabbed three helpers to sit tied with Irvine for the team lead in points after the opening two matches.
Kevin O’Neil has a goal and an assist and is the only Stingray with multiple points.
Cam Johnson made both starts for Florida, making 35 saves for the shutout win in Game One before making 25 saves on 28 shots in the Game Two loss.
Tyler Wall played for South Carolina in Game One, saving 23 of 28 shots, and Clay Stevenson made 27 saves for the shutout in his first career postseason start.
