EVERBLADES FACE STINGRAYS IN FINAL ROAD GAME OF THE SEASON

North Charleston, SC – The Florida Everblades play their final road game of the regular season with a match against the South Carolina Stingrays on Saturday, April 8 at 6:00 p.m. 

Florida (37-23-4-4) clinched a playoff spot yesterday and currently sit fourth place in the South Division. The Stingrays (42-21-4-1) have a five-point lead for first place in the South Division. 

South Carolina defeated Florida yesterday 4-1 in the first of two games against each other. Josh Wilkins had three points to lead the way for the Stingrays while Logan Lambdin scored Florida’s lone goal in the loss. 

The Stingrays now have a five-game winning streak and have outscored their opponents 24-3 in that span. 

Jaxon Castor made his first appearance with the Everblades yesterday, entering the game at the start of the third period in relief of Cam Johnson. Castor made three saves on three shots.
