ESTERO, Fla. - The Florida Everblades face the Orlando Solar Bears on Nickelodeon Blues Clues and You Night on Saturday, February 11 at 7:00 p.m. in Hertz Arena.
The Everblades (27-11-4-2, 60 points) remains one point ahead of the Jacksonville Icemen in the South Division. Orlando, meanwhile, sits in sixth place (22-19-5-1) in the division, seven points behind the Greenville Swamp Rabbits for the final playoff spot.
Florida is 6-4-2-0 versus the Solar Bears this season after losing 3-2 last night against the Solar Bears. Kobe Roth had a goal and an assist for the Everblades, but Ross Olsson’s hat trick and Garret Sparks’ 40 saves kept the Everblades out of the win column.
The Everblades are finishing off a three-game homestand tonight – currently Florida is 1-1 on this stint at home.
The Solar Bears are crawling back into the playoff conversation with points in four straight games and a two-game winning streak versus Florida.
This game will be the Solar Bears last visit to Hertz Arena this season. Florida is 4-2-0-0 at Hertz Arena against Orlando so far throughout the campaign.
Nickelodeon Blues Clues and You night will see the Everblades don special Blues Clues jerseys that will be auctioned off on the DASH Auction app in support of the Animal Refuge Center.
