ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced Tuesday that the team has agreed to terms with forward Blake Winiecki for the 2018-19 season.
Winiecki, 24, collected two assists in four appearances with the Everblades this past spring. The 6-1, 195-pound forward joined the Everblades in late March after recording 16 points (8g, 8a) in 34 games played during his senior campaign at St. Cloud State University (NCHC). Winiecki (pronounced WIN-uh-KEY) totaled a balanced 75 points (37g, 38a) during his four-year collegiate career with the Huskies.
The Lakeview, MN native also registered 69 points in two seasons with the USHL’s Waterloo Black Hawks.
Winiecki becomes the fifth player to agree to terms with the Everblades for the 2018-19 season. To view the current roster CLICK HERE
