About Tonight’s Game: Last night, the Everblades extended their unbeaten streak in to 11 games (9-0-1-1), and continue to sport the league’s top record.  Florida leads the season series with Jacksonville 3-0-0.

About Friday’s Game:  Five Everblades players posted two-point games, while goaltender Callum Booth earned his eighth win of the season as Florida defeated Jacksonville 4-2 at Germain Arena.  The physical affair featured numerous crushing hits and five separate fighting altercations.

About the Everblades:  Stephen MacAulay tacked on his team best 12th goal of the season last night.  MacAulay has been red-hot as of late, recording 14 points in the last seven games…Rookie Joe Cox leads the league with six game-winning goals…Goaltender Martin Ouellette is expected to get the start in net tonight for Florida.  Ouellette ranks third overall in the league with 9 wins, and third with an impressive 2.18 goals-against-average…The Everblades are 11-0-2 when scoring first.

About the Icemen:  Rookie standout Alexandre Goulet is second on the team in scoring with 20 points, and ranks fourth among rookies with a 25.8 percent shooting percentage (8-for-31).

The Icemen have struggled this season on the power play, ranking 27th in the league at 7.9 percent.  However, the Icemen make up for it on the penalty kill, boasting the fifth best penalty kill mark on the road with an impressive 89.1 percent. Saturday,  December 16, vs. South Carolina, 7:00 p.m.  Star Wars Night! The first 1,000 fans receive a FREE lightsaber.  Star Wars characters will be in the concourse and available for photos.  Santa will also be in attendance!
