About Tonight’s Game: The Cyclones enter tonight’s game as one of the hottest teams in the league, having won five consecutive games. The Everblades are winless in their last two and will look to get back into the win column this evening.  Florida is 4-0-0 in Saturday games thus far this season.  This is the third of four games for Florida this week, as the team closes out the weekend at Orlando on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.

About Friday’s Game: Forward Justin Danforth netted his first career hat trick, while goaltender Jason Kasdorf shined making 28 saves to lead the Cyclones to a 4-1 victory over the Everblades at Germain Arena.  Justin Kea recorded the lone goal for Florida in the loss, while goaltender Martin Ouellette suffered his first loss of the season.

About the Everblades:  Rookie netminder Callum Booth will get the start in net tonight…Getting off to a quicker start will be a key for the Everblades this evening.  The Everblades are 5-0-0-0 when scoring first, but have been outscored 13-9 in the first period of games this season. ..Michael Kirkpatrick continues to pace the team offensively, leading the team in points (14), assists (9), and is tied for the team lead in goals (5).

About the Cyclones: Forwards Shawn O’Donnell and Justin Danforth each have totaled five points in the past two games.  Danforth is tied for second among rookies with six goals…The Cyclones are tied for the league lead with five road wins…Former Everblade Anthony Peters will make his second start in net this week against his former club. Peters who ranks second in Everblades history with 60 wins, helped guide the Cyclones to a 4-3 shootout win over Florida on Wednesday.
