ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced Tuesday that defenseman Jake Bakerhas been recalled by the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Baker, 25, returns to Manitoba where he has collected one assist in 10 appearances this season.  Baker has logged a goal and an assist in 11 games played with the Everblades this season. In addition, he was scoreless in three games played with the Quad City Mallards (ECHL).

The 6-5, 225-pound defenseman totaled 25 points (8g, 17a) and 169 penalty minutes in 144 games during his collegiate career with Northern Michigan University from 2011-2015. Baker is on a 2-way AHL contract with Manitoba this season.

In an additional roster move on Tuesday, the team released forward Louis Belisle, who appeared in four games with the 'Blades thus far this season.
