Last Time Out:  Florida’s John McCarron scored four goals to help lead the Everblades to a wild 8-6 victory over the Orlando Solar Bears on Saturday night at Germain Arena.  McCarron registered two power play goals, a shorthanded goal and an empty net goal which eventually proved to be the game-winner… On Sunday, the Jackals took a 2-1 lead into the third period in Brampton, but eventually fell to the Beast in overtime by a 3-2 score.

About the Everblades:  John McCarron’s four-goal performance this past Saturday tied a club record which he now shares with former Everblades Steve Saviano (2006), Brian McCullough (2004), Andy MacIntyre (2000), and Joe Cardarelli (2000).  McCarron now holds the team lead with ten goals scored…Forward Michael Kirkpatrick enters tonight’s contest riding a seven-game point and assists streak.  Kirkpatrick’s point streak is tied for a team high this season previously set by Matt Berry….Newcomers Curt Gogol and Akim Aliu are expected to make their Everblades debut tonight.  Gogol was acquired earlier in the week in a trade with the Colorado Eagles.  Aliu brings veteran experience to the team having appeared in over 232 AHL games and appeared in seven games with the NHL’s Calgary Flames in 2012.
