ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced today that the team has agreed to terms with forward Collin MacDonald.

MacDonald, 24, joins the Everblades after posting 14 points (6g, 8a) in 13 games played this season with the Macon Mayhem of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).

Last season, the 6-2, 200-pound forward scored a goal in 19 appearances during his senior season at the University of New Hampshire.  The West Milford, New Jersey native collected 11 career points during his four-year collegiate career with the Wildcats from 2012-2016.

MacDonald is expected to be in the lineup tonight when the Everblades battle the Orlando Solar Bears in another Wawa Sunshine Cup series matchup at the Amway Center. Saturday, December 10 vs. Elmira, 7:00 p.m. – Annual IBERIABANK Teddy Bear Toss!  Fans are encouraged to bring a new teddy bear or stuffed animal to the game to throw onto the ice when the Everblades score their first goal.   All of the teddy bears will be rounded up and delivered to local children's charities for the holidays!
