ESTERO, FL -- The Everblades’ transaction wire was certainly busy in the past week.  The following is a full recap of last week’s roster moves to catch everyone up to speed.Thursday, February 19

• Defenseman Steven Kaunisto was traded to the Kalamazoo Wings in exchange for future considerations.

Friday, February 20

• The New York Islanders (NHL) assigned defensemen Jesse Graham and Kevin Czuczman to the Everblades from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League (AHL)
• Defenseman Cameron Burt was loaned to the Rochester Americans of the AHL.

• Defenseman Jordan Henry and Jeff Costello were activated off the 21-Day IR(Injured Reserved)

• Forward Andrew Huff was placed on the 21-Day IR

Saturday, February 21

• Defenseman Mike Cornell was loaned to the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL.
• Defenseman Mike Little was returned to the Everblades on loan from the Springfield Falcons of the AHL.

• Defenseman Patrick McEachen was traded to the Gwinnett Gladiators in exchange for future considerations.

The Everblades are in action at Germain Arena on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of this week.   Wednesday’s game against Gwinnett starts at 7:30 p.m. and features $2 hot dogs, drafts, and wines all night long!

Friday and Saturday is Pink in the Rink Weekend presented by Radiology Regional Center! The Everblades will tussle with the South Carolina Stingrays with a 7:30 p.m. start time on Friday, and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.  The team will be wearing special pink jerseys which will be auctioned off following Saturday’s game, with the proceeds benefiting local cancer charities.
