About Tonight’s Game:  The Everblades open up a nine-game homestand tonight, and currently sit in second place in the East Division. Florida trails first place Reading in the standings by just two points.   The Komets hold the top spot in the North Division, holding a four point lead over the Toledo Walleye.

About the Everblades:  Adam Brace leads the Everblades with 42 points, and shares the team lead in goals with Evan Bloodoff at 19.  Brace has recorded a point in ten of the last 12 games.   Forward Mitch Wahl is currently riding a nine-game point streak, and has totaled 15 points during this stretch which began back on Jan. 24. .

About the Komets: Fort Wayne’s roster features two well-known former Everblades players in Matthew Pistilli and goaltender Pat Nagle. Pistilli ranks second on the team in scoring with 40 points.  The explosive forward Pistilli, posted 127 points in 108 career games played with the Everblades. Nagle is ranked sixth overall in the ECHL with a 2.40 goals against average, and is second in the league with 19 wins.   Nagle was a member of the Everblades’ 2012 Kelly Cup Championship team.  Forward Brett Perlini is currently riding a four-game goal scoring streak.
