Artem Sergeev Recalled to AHL Syracuse

Artem Sergeev Recalled to AHL Syracuse

ESTERO, FL -- The Florida Everblades announced today that defenseman Artem Sergeev has been recalled to the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.

Sergeev,21, heads to Syracuse having totaled 18 points (6g, 12a) in 32 games played with the Everblades last season.  Last season, the 5-2, 203-pound blueliner posted 10 points (3g, 7a) in 68 appearances with Syracuse.

The Moscow, Russia native totaled 86 career points in three seasons with the Val d'Or Foruers of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 2010-2013.

The Everblades open up a three-game set against the Reading Royals at Santander Arena on Friday beginning at 7:30 p.m.  Fans can listen live at http://theislandfm.net/

The Everblades return home on Wednesday, February 11 against the Fort Wayne Komets beginning at 7:30 P.M.  Fans can enjjoy $2 drafts, wines, ans hot dogs in the concourse all night long!
