Orlando, FL – The Florida Everblades announced Monday that defenseman Mike Little has been reassigned to the club by the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Little, 26, has one goal and eight assists in 19 appearances this season with the Blades. He was originally acquired on September 6 in a four-player trade with the Stockton Thunder.
A native of Enfield, Conn., Little appeared in three games with the Admirals with an even plus/minus rating. The fourth-year pro has 86 points (19g, 67a) in 160 ECHL games played.
On the ice, the Blades will wrap up 2013 with a Monday matchup with their in-state rivals, the Orlando Solar Bears, with a 7:00pm showdown at the Amway Center.
Monday’s calendar-year closeout will be broadcast live online at FloridaEverblades.com and on the Everblades’ app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, with a video webcast available through America ONE, the official broadband and mobile broadcaster of the ECHL, at www.americaonesports.com. Pregame coverage will get under way at 6:45pm.
