Atlanta had dropped its last three games and currently sits in sixth place in the division.Last Time Out:  Anthony Peters made 36 saves, while Michael Kirkpatrick finished with four points (1g, 3a) to lift the Everblades to a 5-3 win at Atlanta last Saturday…The Gladiators dropped a wild 8-5 decision at home to the Orlando Solar Bears on Tuesday night.  Forward Tyler Murovich scored twice for Atlanta in the loss.

About the Everblades:  Florida will be without its leading scorer Brendan O’Donnell (55 pts) this evening.  O’Donnell earned his first AHL call up with the Texas Stars earlier this week.  Leading the way for the Everblades offensively tonight is Brant Harris who is currently riding a four-game goal scoring streak.  This is the second four-game goal streak for Harris on the season….Anthony Peters is expected to start in goal tonight for the Everblades.  Peters is coming off a pair of 36-save performances in Atlanta last weekend. Backing up Peters tonight will be Daniel Altshuller who was returned to the team from AHL Charlotte on Wednesday.

Buzzeo also leads the Gladiators in scoring overall with 46 points….Atlanta’s power play is ranked first in the league on the road at 25.0 percent.  In fact, eight of the 26 power play goals surrendered by the Everblades this season have come against the Gladiators…Defensemen Rory Rawlyk and Akim Aliu who played with the Everblades earlier this season, will make their return to Estero  this weekend as members of the Gladiators.
